If you believe you have stopped seeking… look more closely. The seeker can hide behind the scenes. To see it… is its end. And what remains is not an achievement, but that which has never moved. A retreat to let every sense of separation fall away, and to live from there.

It is the idea of birth and death that deserves to be looked at deeply. If what we call “me” is a thought, then its birth and its death are thoughts as well. What we call “objective” exists only at a conceptual level, like a dream, like a vision. Identification is the belief that this construction is a fact. It is not the world that imprisons us. It is the idea we have of it. What else is there to seek? Meditation does not create a new reality. It simply illuminates what has always been here. And in that clarity, it becomes clear that truth has no need of ideas. It blossoms when the mind is no longer trapped in its own constructions.

Spontaneous meditation requires no effort to change what you are. It is pure honesty: meeting life as it is, without masks and without resistance. At first, we seek peace, relief, clarity. But the real shift happens when you stop knowing, when you let every idea about who you are and what should happen fall away. In that space of not-knowing, the mind opens, the body relaxes, and a presence appears that doesn’t need to improve itself, defend itself, or control anything. Meditation then becomes a natural expression of your being, not a means to achieve a result. This retreat is an invitation to return to the simplicity that has always been here.

There is no truth that can be carried into the next moment, the next day, or the coming year. Memory never holds what is real: it only keeps shadows, memories, echoes of what has already vanished. What is true appears only in a mind that no longer seeks. It cannot be possessed or accumulated. In an instant of direct insight, the mind becomes still and stops affirming itself. Truth is like a fragrance that lingers in the air, waiting to drift beyond the noise of the mind. When the noise subsides, what is leaps out from the unknown and reveals itself within the known. In a single instant you understand it and feel its depth. The eternal bursts forth like a flash of lightning, illuminating the moment with its presence. Truth comes to an innocent mind as a blessing — the greatest of all — for it frees thought from itself and lights the heart from within.

“Who am I?” is not a question looking for an answer. It is the question that puts an end to all questions. It is a fire that burns every concept, every assumption, every illusion. When you ask it, silence appears, vast and empty. But that emptiness is not the answer. The true answer is to recognise ‘that which knows’ that there is emptiness. Who knows it? Stay there, without moving. The moment you move, that nothing becomes an object, another experience. What you are is not an experience. Experiences change. The Self does not change. You are always here, in every instant.

This retreat is a calling—a calling to the silence from which everything arises. Let the noise of the world slip away. Let go of images, roles, and expectations, and return to what is alive, simple, and real. In silence, in spontaneity, something unfolds—an inner blooming that does not belong to the mind. Here, there is nothing to become, nothing to achieve. There is only being, and in this being… to rise again. To rise again means to step out of the fiction, to open the inner tomb—not of the body, but the one that frees the pure presence that is never born and never dies.

Spontaneous meditation is a return to simplicity, a natural surrender that goes beyond control and effort. Like a leaf falling from a tree, we let go of beliefs, ideas, notions, fears, expectations, judgments, and attachments. When you free yourself from the tree of the ego, you realize there is nothing to do. Life carries you, the wind of awareness sustains you. No demands, no resistance, no rejection.
