The eternal in an instant

€230.00
  • There is no truth that can be carried into the next moment, the next day, or the coming year. Memory never holds what is real: it only keeps shadows, memories, echoes of what has already vanished. What is true appears only in a mind that no longer seeks. It cannot be possessed or accumulated. In an instant of direct insight, the mind becomes still and stops affirming itself. Truth is like a fragrance that lingers in the air, waiting to drift beyond the noise of the mind. When the noise subsides, what is leaps out from the unknown and reveals itself within the known. In a single instant you understand it and feel its depth. The eternal bursts forth like a flash of lightning, illuminating the moment with its presence. Truth comes to an innocent mind as a blessing — the greatest of all — for it frees thought from itself and lights the heart from within.

  • Situated on the gentle hills of the small town of Lanuvio in the Castelli Romani, among olive trees, cypresses, fruit trees, and countless flowering plants, the farmhouse of Shanti Gaia (Abode of Peace) offers a sanctuary of contemplative calm open to all. As one travels along the path leading to the Abode of Peace, it is common to feel the mind begin to calm while the heart opens to the sweetness and serene attention of the present moment.

Neeraja

At 24, I traveled to India in search of wisdom. There, I studied under Tibetan Buddhist masters such as Kalu Rinpoche and the Dalai Lama, immersing myself in the monasteries of the Himalayas. Drawn to the arts of natural healing, I studied and taught Tibetan medicine and Reiki in various countries. In 1991, I met my Master Sri H.W.L. Poonjaji (Papaji), a disciple of Sri Ramana Maharshi. In Lucknow, under his guidance, I blossomed in detachment as Neeraja, the blue lotus. After years of service near Papaji, I decided to dedicate myself to spiritual teaching in the West, with love, peace, and serenity, following his prophecy: "You will bring happiness to the world."

When nothing remains

€230.00
  • “Who am I?” is not a question looking for an answer. It is the question that puts an end to all questions. It is a fire that burns every concept, every assumption, every illusion. When you ask it, silence appears, vast and empty. But that emptiness is not the answer. The true answer is to recognise ‘that which knows’ that there is emptiness. Who knows it? Stay there, without moving. The moment you move, that nothing becomes an object, another experience. What you are is not an experience. Experiences change. The Self does not change. You are always here, in every instant.
