Immaculate Conception

The vergin birth is an ancient mythical expression which refers to the supreme being, unborn, beyond time.The virgin birth does not take place in time, and is not a date on the calendar.It is the description of every human birth.The virgin or virginity is purity, that which is immaculate, genuine, authentic.The true virgin who bears these characteristics is the spirit.The virgin birth is the creation that takes place in the spiritual realm. It represents the unmanifest potentiality, the thought is its very very pure form…not yet thought, in its highest essential state.The virgin birth is the power, the essence that stimulates creation in the spiritual, mental and physical realms.Accessing that essence is our sadhana, our aim.The heavenly state, the transcendental state is the state beyond time and space.Meditation is opening to this dimension.Daily practice frees us from time, mental conditionings, personal convictions so we can be absorbed into pure silence.Suddenly, it may happen that the primordial state, the emptiness, the mystery opens up.It is like if a door opens in consciousness, and puff!!, you suddenly see everything from a totally new perspective, the heart opens, there is an immense sense of joy and an intense sense of connection with everything, with the all creation.We have entered into the transcendental state.A ray of light penetrates our mind… descends and take form… incarnates in us…It is the flame of truth, the fire that burns all illusion,the knowledge that rips apart the veil of time and space.This is the meaning of the virgin birth:the glory of being incarnates… takes on a human form… the emptiness takes shape. The void becomes form!We are divine beings manifested here and now in human forms.We are born from the male and female opposites, mother and father who united and produce an incarnated creature, animated with spirit and full of spirit.Even though we are still caught up in a form, more or less blinded with ignorance, we are also eternal beings, we are unborn, beyond birth and death and beyond the pairs of opposite.Today we celebrate the Immaculate Conception in the form of the Virgin Mary and we pray singing our praise to Her.Hari Om

L'Immacolata Concezione

La nascita vergine, o immacolata concezione, è un’antica nota mitica che si riferisce all’essere eterno e non nato e che si manifesta oltre il quadro del tempo.Questo evento non è nel tempo e non è una data storica,ma è piuttosto la descrizione di ogni incarnazione umana.La vergine, o la verginità è purezza, ciò che è immacolato, genuino, autentico.L’unica vera vergine che ha queste caratteristichedi verginità è lo spirito.La nascita vergine è la creazione che si manifesta nel regno spirituale. Rappresenta il pensiero non manifesto nel suo stato più alto ed essenziale.Immacolata concezione è la forza, l’essenza che stimola la creazione nei reami spirituale, mentale e fisico.Accedere all’essenza è la nostra sadhana, il percorso.Lo stato celestiale, lo stato trascendentale è lo stato oltre il tempo e oltre lo spazio.Con la meditazione abbiamo accesso a questa dimensione.Con la pratica ci sleghiamo dal tempo, dagli schemi mentali e dalle convinzioni personali fino a toccare il silenzio più puro.Improvvisamente può accadere che penetriamo nello sfondo primordiale, nella vuotezza, nel mistero.È come se si aprisse una porta di consapevolezza, e puff! ti ritrovi a vedere ogni cosa con un'ottica molto diversa, il cuore si apre e c’è una gioia immensa e un intenso senso di connessione con il tutto, con tutto il potenziale del creato.Siamo entrati nella trascendenza.Un raggio di luce penetra nella nostra mente…un raggio che discende e prende forma….si incarna in noi…è la fiamma della verità, il fuoco che brucia l’illusione…la conoscenza che squarcia il velo dello spazio e del tempo.È questo il significato della nascita vergine.La radiosità dell’essere si incarna…prende forma umana…il vuoto prende forma.Siamo esseri divini manifestati qui ed ora nella veste umana…siamo sì nati dagli opposti maschile e femminile, madre e padre, che unendosi hanno prodotto una meravigliosa creatura incarnata e quella creatura è animata dall’essere, è piena di spirito.Siamo sì anche ‘imbottigliati’ in una forma più o meno piena di ignoranza…ma in quanto esseri eterni siamo non nati, senza nascita e senza morte, siamo oltre le paia di opposti.Oggi si festeggia la Festa dell’Immacolata Concezione, della Vergine Maria, rendiamo omaggio cantandone le lodi!Hari Om

Omettiamo di condividere i fatti concreti e reali, non riusciamo ad ammettere il giusto e rimaniamo rintanati nella comfort-zone.Anche se, comportamenti del genere sono ‘tipicamente’ umani, non per questo dobbiamo continuare ad alimentarli.Almeno nel nostro cuore, dobbiamo saper riconoscere che stiamo indossando una maschera, e dobbiamo cercare di elevarci oltre le attitudini mentali auto-limitanti e auto-imposte.L’onestà è una meravigliosa qualità che va coltivata nel nostro cuore.Apporterà molte benedizioni in tante dimensioni della vita quotidiana.Senza onestà la meditazione ristagnerà nei reami del continuo cercare senza riuscire mai ad approdare nelle calme acque dell’appagamento.Non c’è pace dove non c’è libertà, dove non c’è onestà.L’onestà è la scure che disbosca la foresta della menzogna.La menzogna che nasce dal continuo paragonare.Ogni paragone ha origine nella memoria e la memoria è pensiero cristallizzato nella psiche.Paragone è giudizio, valutazione, ed è un’interpretazione di pensieri trattenuti, “questo è buono”, “questo non è buono”.Con la profonda comprensione si realizza la verità e quindi l’onestà, l’autenticità di ciò che siamo. Riconoscendo ciò che non siamo-le menzogne- ciò che rimane è ciò che siamo.I Maestri insistono sull’onestà che significa “mente pura”.La mente pura è una mente che non trattiene concetti, immaginazioni, idee, filosofie di vita.Lo specchio deve essere spolverato.La polvere è fatta di idee, di pura immaginazione.L’onestà interiore è la luce che illumina la Meditazione Spontanea.Hari Om Neeraja[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]

About honesty

One of the great help I have discovered along the way, and very important to keep in mind, is to be honest with oneself.Honesty is a great help and a very good spiritual practice.Honesty is not perfection. It is about not cherishing false values and false ways.Openness of mind and honesty is integrity, loyalty, sincerity, it allows the transparency of our feelings and emotions. We follow these universal virtues, refraining from unhealthy actions towards ourselves and others.Honesty is to be able to see the false as false and abandon it.It is to stop seeing only the faults of others and start to acknowledge our own weaknesses and mistakes.To stop seeing through the lenses of egotism and start to appreciate what is right even if we cannot fully stand for it.At least we must know what is right…we must be wiling to acknowledge the truth and that is honesty.There are times we would like to be honest but, because of fear of consequences, we control ourselves and, we follow instead, the old beaten tracks.We rather choose to hide behind the bushes of half-truths, omitting to share the real and concrete facts. We are not able stand for what is right and we remain holed up in the comfort-zone.Such behaviors can happen, just because we are humans, nevertheless we should at least, know in our heart, that we are wearing a mask and see if we can, next time, open up and go beyond our self imposed limitations.Honesty is a beautiful quality to nourish in our heart.It will bring many blessings in so many different dimensions of our everyday life.If there is no honesty meditation gets stuck into the realm of endless seeking and never reaching the calm waters of fulfillment.There is no peace where there is no freedom.Honesty is the ax that deforested the forest of lies.Lies that come from endless comparison.All comparison is based on memory and memory is an image crystallized in the psiche.Comparison is judgement, evaluation, and it is an interpretation of repressed, retained thoughts such as “this is good”, “this is not good”.Profound understanding is realizing the truth and therefore the honest, authenticity of what we really are. By knowing what we are not -the lies- we are left with the understanding of what we are.The Master insist on honesty which is purity of mind.A pure mind is a mind that does not entertain concepts, imaginations, philosophies of life.We need to remove the dust from the mirror of the mind.The dust are ideas, pure imagination.Inner honesty is the light that shines upon Spontaneous MeditationHari Om Neeraja

What is Peace?Peace is not enjoying pleasure, in absence of problems, untouched by pain.Peace is not just an absence of problems enjoying pleasures without any pain.It is not gained by realizing desires and avoiding worries.True peace is inner joy, free from the excitement of any ‘cup of champagne’.It is a very open, effortless state in which you know that you are supremely contented and profoundly fulfilled.Even if you stumble upon it just once, it will leave inside an indelible mark.In that moment you will realize that it is what you have always been searching, in the name of happiness.In that peace no-one is involved. There is no ‘me’ nor ‘you’ in that state of stillness.It is untouched by any presence or absence of objects. It is unperturbed.It is effortless deep silence. It is unfathomable. Cos’è la Pace?La pace non è gioire dei piaceri, in assenza dei problemi,intoccati dal dolore. Non si ottiene realizzando i desideri e schivando le preoccupazioni.La vera pace è gioia interiore, priva di eccitazione da… “coppa dichampagne”.È uno stato aperto, spontaneo in cui realizzi di essere assolutamente appagato,profondamente soddisfatto.Anche se la tocchi per una volta sola, la vera pace ti lascerà, dentro, un segno indelebile.In quel momento realizzerai che è ciò che hai sempre cercato, nel nome della felicità. Nella pace non c’è ‘qualcuno’ che si sente coinvolto. In quell’ assoluta immobilità non c’è nessun ‘me’, nessun ‘te’.Non c’è presenza o assenza di oggetti che possa “toccarla”. I am Liberation

When you really look closely, you may discover that the ‘you’,you believe to be, your idea of you, has no existence at all.There is no ‘me’ and what you discover is that ‘what you are’,‘what the I is’, is non existing.And that is the truth!‘I’ is a mirage. Therefore ‘I’ can never get ‘Liberation’.How can a mirage possess anything?It is the ‘me’ that wants to keep his own spurious identityand keeps on affirming such a lie.As we learn from the great masters, ‘Liberation’ is actually just a toolto let go of the constant chattering of the mind…all the notions we holdso dearly.Liberation is to really, absolutely, let goof all what we ‘imagine’ to be and that is all,and that can happen in an instant of time…and for instant of timeis meant in ‘no-time’.The truth is that there is no ‘me’ at all, never was and never will be.How can a ‘me’ exist in the ‘no-time’ in which to last,since time is but a notion in mind?There is no ‘me’ to get free of any bondage or to be enlightened or tobe awaken from any dream.The truth is that bondage, dream and liberation are all illusions…self fabricated notions of the ‘me’ which was never born.The qualification to ‘comprehend’ the truth is to ‘step out of the way’and let the intuitive direct seeing shine throughlike the sun emerging behind the clouds.We are the sun and there is no ‘me’that needs to dissipate the clouds to see the sun, to reach the sun.It is the sun that dissipate the cloudsand enlighten ‘me’without ‘me’ even knowing that ‘I’ am there.Freedom cannot exist as an object at all,and ‘me’ cannot have it,becauseit is‘what I am’.Hari OmNeeraja

Quindi ‘Io’ non potrò mai ottenere la ‘Liberazione’.Come può un miraggio possedere qualcosa?È il ‘me’ che vuole mantenere la sua fasulla identitàcontinuando ad affermare una tale menzogna.I grandi Maestri ci insegnano che la ‘Liberazione’ è uno strumentoper lasciar andare la narrativa interiore…lasciar andare tutte le nozioni a cui ci affidiamo vigorosamente.La Liberazione è lasciar andare in modo assolutotutto ciò che immaginiamo di essere e questo è tutto,e può accadere in un istante di tempo….e per ‘istante di tempo’ si intende nel ‘senza tempo’.Non c’è nessun ‘me’, mai c’è stato e mai potrà esserci.Come può un ‘me’ esistere nel ‘senza tempo’ in cui durare,dato che il tempo è una semplice nozione nella mente?La verità è che non c’è nessun ‘me’ che debba liberarsida nessun incatenamento o che debba illuminarsio risvegliarsi da nessun sogno.La verità è che l’incatenamento, il sogno e la liberazionesono tutte illusioni…nozioni auto-create dal ‘me’ mai nato.Per poter ‘comprendere’ la verità,la qualifica necessaria è di ‘togliersi di mezzo’permettendo che il ‘vedere diretto e intuitivo’ irraggicome il sole che emerge dietro le nuvole.Noi siamo il sole e non c’è nessun ‘me’che necessita di dissipare le nuvole per poter scorgere,raggiungere o ottenere il sole.È il sole che dissipa le nuvole e illumina il ‘me’….e in questo il ‘me’ non ha nessuna voce in capitolo.La liberazione non può assolutamente esistere in quanto oggetto,e io non posso ottenerla,perché è‘ciò che sono’Hari OmNeeraja[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]

Re-orientation

Awakening is a re-orientation.The awaken state is always present, it is our real permanent nature.What spoils the game and deny us the conscious experienceof the awaken state is a deviation of subjectivity onto a concept,on what is unreal.This concept is an ‘apparent’ mental object arising in consciousness.And it is this concept called ‘individual self’, the ‘me’, thatappears to be the subject, the Self.Until this phantasy is exposed, the subject, who we truly are,appears to be bound, and we cannot experience it as it is in reality.When this game is revealed and thus ‘understood’, we have to put this understanding into practice, not by thinking about it, but by experiencing it.For a few rare beings understanding came alongthe direct experience of the reality.For the rest of us practice is a necessary preludeto conscious experience of our reality.However it is important to understand that there is nothing to acquire,but only an error to be exposed, because acquiring involves ‘doing’which strengthens that spurious ‘I’ whose dissolution is required.This is the re-orientation needed.Such re-orientation is the abandonment of identificationwith an inexistent ‘me’, an abandonment which leaves usopened and awake in our eternal nature.Trying to persuade ourselves that we do not existas individual entities is like asking an eye to believethat what it is looking at is not there.In truth not only one does not exist as a separate entity:in the all cosmos there is no separate entity,nor there has been or will ever be.Trying to understand this is impossible.Only in a whole and mature mind can this knowledge be revealedas direct cognition which, once realized, is obvious.That is the re-orientation.And only the ‘Total I’ remains.Hari OmNeeraja

La verità è semplice

Connessione con l’universo

È una inutile abitudine distinguere tra ciò che è ‘tuo’ e ciò che è ‘mio’.Continuando così si perde la via.Ogni cosa nell’universo mi appartiene, è mia!Poiché IO SONO l’universo.Solo una mente libera può comprendere ciò,una mente libera dal desiderio di possedere.È il ‘me’ che si aggrappa alle cose e le definisce ‘mie’.Ma mentre vi aggrappate al piccolociò che vi sta sfuggendo è l’immenso!È proprio questa la causa di tanta sofferenza nel mondo.Perché non lasciar andare la ‘vostra’ parte e ottenere invece l’infinito?Supponiamo che volessi spostare tutte le mie cose da una camera ad un' altra…sarebbero sempre le mie? Certo che sì.Fare distinzioni tra ciò che è ‘mio’ e ciò che è ‘tuo’è come preoccuparsi di dove dover spostare le cose,se in questa o in quell’altra camera.Che importa dove siano i mie possedimenti,sono comunque miei.Non c’è differenza tra questa camera o quell’altra camera.Non dobbiamo dimenticare che continuiamo a ‘dare’ all’universo i nostri pensieri, le nostre parole e le nostre azioni.Ciò che dovete comprendere è che non importa cosa o dove di ‘mio’ sto dando…tutto ciò che dò,lo sto dando solo a me stessa.È sempre e solo tutto ME,rimarrà sempre mio. La mente libera comprende bene tutto ciò.La mente libera sa che ciò che state dando,lo state dando a voi stessi,e sa anche che non c’è da bisognodi possedere questo o quelloe di aggrapparsi a ciò che considerate essere ‘vostro’.La mente libera sa che esisteun potere supremo che governa l’intero universoe là dove c’è ‘necessità’sarà dato.La mente libera vive in profonda connessione con l’intero universo,e questa è pace e questa è bellezza.

Connection with the universeDiscriminating betweenwhat is yours and what is mineit’s a useless habit.If you go on like this you will loose the way.Everything in the universe it belongs to me, it is mine!becauseI Am the entire universe!Only a free mind can understand this,a mind that is free from the desire to possess. It is the ‘me’ that clings to things as ‘mine’.But while you cling to a small part,what you are loosing is the immensity!This is the cause of so much suffering in the world.Why not give up, ‘your’ share and gain the infinite?Suppose I were to move all my possessions from one room to another…would they still all be mine? Surely yes.Discriminating between which is ‘mine’ and ‘yours’is like worrying over which room to put your possession.There is no difference between this room and that room.What matters where my things should be?They are always mine.We don’t have to forget that by thinking, talking and doingwe are also constantly giving to the universe.What you need to understand is thatno matter what or where of ‘mine’ I am giving…whatever I give, I am giving it to myself only,it is always and only ME,it will aways remain mine.The free mind knows this.The free mind knows that what you give,you are giving to yourselfand also knows that there is nothing to worryabout possessing this or thatand holding on to what you consider your own.The free mind knows that there isa supreme power that governs the entire universeand whenever somethingis necessaryit will be given.A mind that is free lives in deep connection with the entire universeand that is peace and that is beauty.
