La meditazione è uno stato di attenzione priva di sforzo.È come sedersi accanto al camino,e sentire il tepore del fuoco che ci scalda,ma non suscitiamo noi la sensazione.
La mente accoglie la danza delle fiammee il corpo si apre al tepore del fuoco,c’è consapevolezza attenta, ma non c’è sforzo.
Meditare vuol dire lasciar andare ogni tensionee rimanere in uno stato di vigile attenzione.
È utile ricordarloogni volta che il corpo o la menteiniziano a contrarsi.
